Our Beginning

Our founding principle is based on ones own ability to FLY (First Love Yourself.). When you choose to be kind to yourself and to others, it fosters a whole new pattern of thought. The more you do for others, the more you do for yourself. Kristen Neff-a professor of human development at the University of Texas at Austin says “Love, connection, and acceptance are your birthright.”

Our SuperMEro2Day project was born to help inspire children to understand what it is to Motivate, Empower, and Renew ones own sense of Originality and FLY. This project covers all ages and includes The Super Littles, (grades 1-3), The Super Middles, (grades 4-8), and The Super Smarts, (grades 9-12). By the time these children reach graduation, they have the ability to enter adulthood with the necessary tools to live a life of truth, acceptance, intention, and are able to share their love of self with the world. They also have a clear concise understanding that success is limitless.

These are just some organizations we are blessed to have partnered with: Delta Vista High School, Junior Achievement, Gilbert Heights Elementary, Phoenix Children’s Museum, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

This project integrates children’s ability to view the world as evolving and moving on an inclusive level and not as finished. Along with this understanding comes the realization we are all YOUnique and there is never anything wrong with anyone or anything. Please join us in our mission to C(see)Kindness and love throughout the world.

CKindness is one Random Inspirational act of kindness at a time. It consists mainly of partnerships with mentor programs to inspire children to become the best version of themselves and provide tools to ensure this happens.

CKindness is a registered 501(c)(3).

Have you ever thought the impact one person can have in our world? It is a scientific fact that doing for others can shift the brains chemistry on a biochemical level. This is known as a “Helper’s High.”

Here are just a few examples to create your “Helper’s High:”

~The power of a random smile from a stranger.

~Hold the door open for someone.

~Leave an encouraging note on someones windshield.

~Leave cut flowers on your neighbors doorstep with a note of appreciation.

~Pay for someone’s order behind you at the drive through.

And our PERSONAL FAVORITE……….

~Send a text to someone you love and adore…”This is your daily reminder that you are amazing!” or “Just wanted to remind you I love and adore you.
